Heart Vibes Training Center, LLC, formally known as Heart Vibes CPR, is a Leadership Development Training Center founded by Simone Thomas in 2016. Our Sacramento-based classes are focused on providing our black women with the necessary training tools to increase professional development, achieve personal goals, and increase organizational capacity.

With one-on-one coaching, individuals will identify their strengths, areas for improvement, and barriers that withhold them from achieving their self-determined goals.  Individuals will feel empowered to take on more responsibilities, increase engagement, contribute more effectively to their team, and increase overall productivity.
